1. Daily Maintenance

  1. Check Hydraulic System

    • Check hydraulic oil level before each use and top up or replace hydraulic oil as needed.
    • Inspect hydraulic lines and fittings for leaks, and repair or replace as necessary.
  2. Lubrication

    • Regularly lubricate all moving parts to ensure smooth operation and reduce wear.
  3. Clean Equipment

  4. Inspect Electrical System

2. Periodic Maintenance

  1. Monthly Inspection

    • Check all bolts and fasteners for tightness and tighten as necessary.
    • Inspect crane booms and other major components for signs of wear and replace worn parts as needed.
  2. Quarterly Maintenance

    • Replace hydraulic oil filters to ensure the cleanliness and efficient operation of the hydraulic system.
    • Check electric motors and control systems for proper operation and any faults.
  3. Annual Overhaul

    • Conduct a comprehensive system check, including hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
    • Perform professional calibration and adjustment as needed to ensure equipment accuracy and safety.

3. Troubleshooting

  1. Hydraulic System Faults

    • If hydraulic system pressure is low, check hydraulic oil level and pump operation, and replace the pump or top up hydraulic oil as necessary.
    • If hydraulic cylinders are malfunctioning, inspect cylinders and piston rods for wear or leaks, and repair or replace as needed.
  2. Electrical System Faults

    • If the equipment fails to start, check power supply and electrical wiring for proper operation, and replace damaged electrical components as necessary.
    • If the control system malfunctions, check the connections and status of controllers and sensors, and recalibrate or replace as needed.

4. Precautions

  1. Safety Operations

    • Operators must undergo professional training and strictly follow the operation manual.
    • Do not overload or operate the crane at excessive speeds to ensure safe operation.
  2. Spare Parts

    • It is recommended to keep common spare parts and consumables in stock to ensure timely repairs and minimize downtime.
